Payment and delivery

Buying is simple and human: there's no online checkout and no need to register. You leave a request — Radmila gets in touch personally and helps with payment and delivery.

How a purchase works

1. You click “Buy” on a work's page and leave a request — the work is immediately marked “reserved” and won't be sold while you're in touch.
2. Within 24 hours Radmila gets in touch in whatever way suits you and confirms the details.
3. Payment is by issued invoice; after payment you receive a receipt.

Delivery

1. Within Sochi — in person or by courier; across Russia — by SDEK. Collection in person is possible.
2. Works are packed in rigid protective packaging with photo records; for large canvases delivery is quoted individually.

Certificate of authenticity

Every work comes with a signed certificate of authenticity stating the title, dimensions, year, technique, and a unique number.
